Weâre Upscope â a small SaaS team based in London and Miami. UserView is our cobrowsing product that helps support and onboarding teams guide users directly on their website. Instead of explaining where to click, teams can show users in real time. Weâre building organic acquisition as a growth channel â and we need someone who understands how to make that happen.
Main responsibilities
- Create SEO-optimised blog posts that drive qualified traffic.
- Have a clear understanding of E.E.A.T. and search intent.
- Can connect content to other blogs, business pages, and demo signâups.
- Have a clear understanding of how SaaS teams support and onboard; and how customer experience teams research, evaluate, and purchase software.

- A generic copywriter position.
- An SEO content farm setup.
What youâll do
- Each month: Deliver 4 SEO-optimised articles (800â1,500 words).
- Focus on netânew keyword opportunities.
- Target midâ to bottomâfunnel search intent.
- Structure content for ranking, clarity, and conversion.
- Naturally position UserView within real support and onboarding scenarios.
- Suggest internal linking opportunities.
- Suggest new blog opportunities.
About you
- 3â5+ years writing B2B SaaS content.
- Experience writing about customer support, onboarding, CX, or SaaS tools.
- Can show examples of content that ranks (with context around results).
- Understand buying psychology within support and onboarding teams.
- Comfortable working independently, conducting research, and proposing keyword opportunities.
