What We Do

Upscope develops cobrowsing software that lets support and sales teams view and guide customers through their screen in real time without downloads. This role focuses on UserView, our product for support and onboarding.

Role Overview

The account executive handles inbound leads end‑to‑end: qualifying, running demos, closing, onboarding new customers, and maintaining close contact after the deal. This includes renewals, spotting opportunities for expansion, answering queries, and flagging concerns. Because many customers are in the U.S., evening calls may be required; we offer flexible scheduling to balance time zones.

Compensation & Location

£29,000 – £34,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £40,000 – £45,000). Office‑based in Soho, London.

Responsibilities

  • Run discovery calls and tailored demos that address the customer’s specific problems.
  • Move inbound leads through to close; no cold outreach needed.
  • Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth start.
  • Monitor account health and intervene when issues arise.
  • Handle support queries via Intercom and serve as a reliable point of contact.
  • Share customer feedback with the product and marketing teams.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or a hybrid role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Curiosity about what customers are trying to accomplish.
  • Ability to explain technical products in plain language.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a small team and adapting quickly.
  • Intercom experience is a bonus.
