Are you up to the challenge of running a warehouse operation that’s up to the standards of one of the world’s best shipping and logistics companies? We need you to get the best out of our warehouse staff, ensuring they’re just as focused on process, safety, productivity, and training as you are. You’ll always be up to speed on our customers’ requirements and determined to manage the smooth execution of our procedures and systems.

What You’ll Do
- Late afternoon/evening shifts, from Tuesday to Saturday.
- Managing the performance of the team and reassigning duties if needed.
- Organising and motivating individuals in a way that optimises the entire team’s output.
- Supporting other team leaders and working with the management team to improve processes.
- Completing daily reports so that unseen opportunities can be identified.
- Always ensuring services are delivered within specified deadlines.
