What You'll Do
  • 20.75 hours weekly. Currently hours are Monday to Thursday 21:00 to 01:15, and Fridays 21:15 to 01:00.
  • Assists with general office duties (e.g., answering telephone, data entry, filing, etc.).
  • Prepares reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Coordinates and prepares information for internal use and distribution.
  • Weighs packages at a DIM weight scanner and ensures scanners are functioning properly and packages are in position to have labels read (i.e., facing up) by the scanner.
What You'll Need
  • Possesses effective verbal/written communication, problem-solving, research and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Exhibits accurate and rapid data entry
  • High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent
