ODC Clerk - EMA Brokerage/Remote

Hours: 09:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)

Salary: £12.71 per hour

Data Entry and Data Management play a key part in supporting package movements worldwide. We have an exciting opportunity within the Global Brokerage Data Capture operation for a Centralised Exception Resolution Clerk to support our Export Data Operations team. Working from home (once sufficiently trained) you will be a key player in managing our export holds in the UK District. Because you’re full of initiative and pride yourself on a job well done, you can do what’s needed quickly and accurately too, paying close attention to detail and picking up instructions with ease.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Focus on data resolutions from multiple sources
  • External / Internal customer contact operations to support package resolution
  • Internal customer operations to aid resolution of export / import packages on hold for data reasons
  • Promote and follow up to ensure corporate export requirements are being met
  • Work with other functions Business Development, Origin Operations, Hub Operations to support package movements and future improvements

Your Skills:

  • Prior experience as Key Entry Operator is preferred
  • Good people skills – ability to work as part of a team
  • Experience of MS Excel and MS Office products including Outlook
  • Good communication skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Passion for solving problems and process improvements
