General Responsibilities
- Support OPS/CS with Recovery of assets providing DATA & solutions
- Cost savings by optimizing stock usage & Management
- Inventory management via Asset Panda, RFID & Maestro
- Assist QA with DATA required for quality issues
- Assist procurement & sites with DATA for efficient packaging orders & supply
- Regional reporting – Statistics/DATA supporting finance
- Implementation of new technologies
- Always comply with the company's internal training
- Training branches, OSPs, LSPs with good packaging processes & stock management
- Stock assessment and calibration according to area needs
- Forecasting for fulfilment of stock demand
- Working with local hub/branch operational teams for stock transfers
- Planning strategic stock movements based on forecast and business demand
- Managing Rented/Leased assets
- Attend meetings virtual or in person
- Monthly/Quarterly Auditing of branches, OSPs & LSPs
- Technology implementation
- Implement Inventory management.
- Manage implementation and regional training
- Update SOPs to incorporate Inventory management
- Become a Super User on Asset Panda, Maestro
- Regional point of escalation
- Data integrity
- Access authorization for the region
- Support testing and proof of concept of modern technologies, e.g. inventory management tracking devices RFID, scanning devices & packaging types.
- Reverse Logistic
- Daily interaction with Marken Branches, OSPs, LSPs to coordinate returns of P&D in your region that have not been recovered from client sites.
- Develop root cause analysis and quality resolution for reverse logistics issues when P&D is not being recovered.
- Support with training/retraining of staff in the region to ensure compliance of P&D related SOPs.
- Support and advice on enhancements of asset management developments in Maestro.
- Support and lead “special” projects relating to P&D recovery.
- Contributing to reduce the operational costs across the region.
- Identify lost assets and pass the cost on to the relevant party
- Remove lost assets from financial records
- Advise when additional assets need to be purchased/replaced
- Placements
- Support project management, Tests, trials in EMEA and network as first point of contact for packaging.
- Balance demand and supply of stock throughout the network
- Monitoring the trend or weekly/monthly demand with the help of forecasting tools or customer forecast
- Work closely with local Ops Teams to ensure the smooth operation.
