What You’ll Do
- As a Hub Team Leader, you’ll take ownership of your shift and drive both performance and engagement across your team:
- Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver operational excellence
- Ensure work is completed efficiently, accurately, and on time
- Adapt quickly by reallocating resources to meet changing demands
- Collaborate with fellow Team Leaders and management to achieve wider goals
- Monitor performance and complete clear, accurate daily reports
