Key Responsibilities
- Produce sales invoicing data and analysis reports
- Produce cost management reports routinely and on request
- Invoicing of weekly and monthly billing outside of in house system
- Assist with the continuous improvement of processes and procedures
- Develop and maintain own skills to facilitate current good business practice and achievement of business objectives
Specialised Knowledge / Requirements
- Good working knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Sage
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure, using own initiative
- Appreciate the need for retaining confidentiality
- Methodical and accurate work with good numeracy skills
- Build effective working relationships with colleagues and clients and collaborate with other departments
- Previous accountancy experience in logistics, distribution or pharmacy environment desired but not essential
- Prepared to learn and adapt to change
