What you'll do:
- Field customer concerns and queries
- Liaise with customers, drivers and internal departments to resolve any issues
- Take phone calls and provide a friendly welcome to customers on reception
- Take on a range of general admin duties using various UPS systems
- Work a shift from 08:00 to 16:30 with a 30 minutes break
