We have an exciting (12-month fixed term) opportunity to join our HR team providing full employee relations and recruitment support at our Cardiff, Swansea and Gloucester sites. To front line employees, you are an approachable, experienced individual who can offer impartial advice on Company policies and procedures. To our management staff, you are providing proactive HR consultative services in areas of employee relations, talent management, absence management and recruitment. This role supports the 24/7 operations of UPS and to provide appropriate support to each business unit, you will need to be flexible with regular travel and working times.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide full HR support to local management and employees. This includes ownership of the recruitment process and guidance on all employment relations issues.
- Maintain strict compliance standards including the completion of background checks.
- Conduct audits in HR owned matters to maintain high company standards.
- Be an ambassador of company standards and expectations.
Essentials:
