**Job Description:**
**Job Summary**
UPS-SCS Team are contracted to manage the Spirit account on their behalf and based on site in Spiritu2019s Airport Road facility, working closely with senior management level down through all the staff levels.
Populate billing/invoices via excel spreadsheets
Update UPS-SCS tracking system/costs
Check/update shipping information
Invoicing / Billing
Replying to emails
Monitoring/arranging urgent shipments.
1 in 3 Weekend Cover required
**Responsibilities:**
Prepares reports/presentations.
Performs analysis using various software packages and databases (e.g. MS Access).
Provides advanced office support knowledge and skills.
Prepares and/or coordinates information for internal and external contacts.
**Qualifications:**
* A good level of education
* Competent in using a PC / Excel, Word etc. Web-sites
* Minimum 5 years general office experience
* Although not necessary, some freight-forwarding experience would be an advantage, however all training will be given/on-going
* Can work on their own initiative once fully trained.
* Spirit are very demanding, given that, a strong personality would definitely be an advantage.
* Excellent attendance history.
