This role is responsible for drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and administering commercial agreements while partnering closely with sales, operations, procurement, finance, quality, and business leadership. You will manage high volumes of commercial contracts and drive efficient deal execution through the use of templates, playbooks, and approved risk frameworks.What You'll GetSalary: in the region of 40,000 – 50,000 per annum (depending on experience)Management Incentive PlanPrivate Health InsuranceComprehensive employee benefit packageWhat you'll doDraft, review, redline, and negotiate customer, vendor, confidentiality, and related commercial agreements.Manage contract requests end-to-end from intake through execution.Support master service agreements, statements of work, amendments, work orders, and procurement contracts.Identify contractual risks and escalate matters requiring attorney review when necessary.Apply approved contract playbooks and fallback positions to ensure compliance and efficiency.Partner with business development teams to accelerate revenue opportunities.Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, quality, finance, procurement, and risk management stakeholders.Maintain contract records within CLM systems (including Icertis).Support contract reporting and process improvement initiatives.Work autonomously with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.Assist with customer RFPs and commercial proposals.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree.2–4 years of commercial contract management, contract administration, procurement contracting, paralegal, or related experience.Proven experience negotiating commercial services agreements.Strong drafting and redlining skills.Experience using Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems preferred.Experience supporting commercial contract reviews within a large organization preferred.Background in healthcare, logistics, transportation, life sciences, or pharmaceuticals preferred.UPS is committed to a policy of treating individuals fairly and recruiting, selecting, training, promoting and compensating based on merit, experience and other work-related criteria.
