Hub Team Leader – Sunrise Shift

At the UPS EMA Hub, we’re looking for an energetic, people-focused Hub Team Leader to join our Sunrise Shift and play a key role in powering our operation. What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver operational excellence
  • Ensure work is completed efficiently, accurately, and on time
  • Adapt quickly by reallocating resources to meet changing demands
  • Collaborate with fellow Team Leaders and management to achieve wider goals
  • Monitor performance and complete clear, accurate daily reports
  • Maintain high service standards in a time-critical environment
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork
