Job Location: Polar Speed UPS, Unit 2 Belgrave Court, Caxton Road, Fullwood, Preston, PR2 9ZB

Work Schedule: Part Time, 24 hours per week, Monday to Friday, days to be advised

Salary: £17,500 P/A based on 24 hours, £14.02 per hour

Job Purpose and Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and compliance support across Fleet and Validation activities
  • Maintain validation, calibration, fleet compliance and regulatory records
  • Support the Validation Specialist with validation schedules and documentation
  • Support the Fleet Team Leader with MOT, servicing and compliance administration
  • Maintain document control for SOPs, validation and fleet records
  • Coordinate CAPAs, audits and compliance actions
  • Produce KPI reports and management information
  • Maintain training records and audit evidence packs
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding certifications and compliance records
  • Support continuous improvement and implementation projects

Specialized Knowledge and Requirements:

  • Knowledge of GDP, quality systems and document control
  • Understanding of fleet compliance requirements and operator licensing
  • Understanding of validation and calibration processes
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and reporting capability
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Team player mentality with ability to influence others and work on own initiative
