This flagship store is being led by the brilliant team who, until recently, were charging ahead with the iconic Stif MTB store in Winterbourne. Their passion, expertise, and reputation for excellence will fuel Uprise’s mission to revolutionise the way people ride.
We curate the most exciting bikes, gear, and accessories on the market, blending cutting-edge design with a strong sense of community. Now, we’re looking for a driven and energetic Sales Associate to join our team and bring the Uprise experience to life.
The Role
As an Uprise Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our brand. You’ll inspire, guide, and support riders of all levels—whether they’re buying their very first bike or upgrading to their dream ride. You’ll help shape a store experience that’s memorable, fun, and absolutely world-class.
What You’ll Be Doing
·        Delivering outstanding customer service—you’ll listen, advise, and help every customer find the perfect fit.
·        Staying on top of the latest cycling trends, products, and tech—your knowledge will set you apart.
·        Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere—you’re confident, approachable, and adaptable.
·        Taking care of stock management—from deliveries to system updates, accuracy matters.
·        Making sure products are displayed at their best, showcasing the style and innovation we’re known for.
·        Handling POS transactions with confidence, whether it’s sales, refunds, or exchanges.
·        Championing sustainability—recycling and reducing waste wherever possible.
·        Keeping the store looking sharp—clean, tidy, and organised.
·        Following Health & Safety guidelines to keep the team and customers safe.
·        Flexing to support the team’s needs—no two days are the same, and you’ll thrive on the variety.
