About the Role
We are seeking an organised, professional Receptionist to join our busy school. As the first point of contact, you will deliver a warm welcome while providing confidential, efficient and flexible administrative support. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong communication skills, and support our school community.
Key Responsibilities
- To be the front of house ambassador for the College.
- To support and enhance the college administrative provision.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:- Level 2 qualifications in maths/numeracy and English/literacy.
- OR Able to demonstrate numeracy/literacy skills sufficient for the demands of the post.
- Experience of responding to members of the public in a work setting.
- Experience of completing basic administrative tasks.
- Knowledge of child protection procedures.
- Knowledge of basic health and safety procedures.
- Ability to use standard office equipment and software.
- Ability to use own initiative to respond to routine queries using standardised information.
