About this Role
As a member of our cover team, you will deliver pre-prepared lessons and maintain our high standards of behaviour and engagement across a range of subjects. This flexible role is ideal for qualified teachers who enjoy working with young people and want to contribute to a positive, supportive learning environment.

What we are looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (KS3 & 4)
- Outstanding teaching skills and an understanding of how children learn
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- A belief that every child can succeed and the determination to help each child fulfil their potential
- The capacity to be flexible and potentially work across multiple departments in one day
