Upperton Pharma Solutions is a Nottingham-based CDMO that specialises in the development and manufacture of pharmaceutical products, providing a complete service from early-stage feasibility to GMP clinical manufacture. Formulations cover a range of delivery routes, typically including oral (tablets & capsules), nasal, inhaled and sterile products.

The Role
The Director, Project Management is responsible for managing and developing the project management team, including project management strategy, financial management of projects, and leading continuous improvement initiatives for the business.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Lead revenue recognition and strategic financial management of project
- Support the training & development of the project management team
- Lead the continuous improvement projects
- Act as a point of escalation for clients during the project lifecycle
- Lead operational planning and procurement activities
Essential skills and experience:
- Extensive experience in a leadership or management role
- Extensive project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Relationship & stakeholder management
