UpperKey is hiring! We’re looking for a fluent French speaker with excellent English to join our London office as a Manager Assistant . You’ll be the key contact for property owners in our portfolio — handling communication, negotiations, drafting contracts, and helping us grow.
What you will do :
- Property management
- London field operations
- Manage day-to-day communication with property owners (email & phone)
- Negotiate terms and complete agreements
- Onboard new property owners and guide them through the setup process
- Handle owner questions, issues, and feedback with professionalism and speed
- Coordinate with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly
What we are looking for :
- Fluent French speaker
- Comfortable talking on the phone and building client relationships
- Highly organised, sharp, and able to juggle tasks
- Based in London and available to work in-office
- Account management or client-facing experience is a bonus
