UpperKey is hiring! We are looking for a Property Management Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with hospitality, guest relations, or client-facing experience who enjoys working with people, and keeping operations running smoothly. You will work closely with property owners and support the day-to-day management of our apartments, helping us deliver a great experience while growing our portfolio.
What you will do:
- Communicate with property owners by email and phone
- Support the onboarding of new properties and owners
- Help prepare and finalize agreements and contracts
- Photoshoot preparation and coordination with photographers
- Assist with property management and operational coordination
- Respond to owner questions and resolve issues
- Work with internal teams to ensure properties run smoothly
What we are looking for:
