Since 2010 we've grown from a single rental into a portfolio spanning Paris, London and Edinburgh, with operations now reaching across Europe, the US and the UAE — and we're still doubling in size year on year.
We're hiring a driven, self-motivated Property Operations Agent based in central Edinburgh, with regular travel to London. No experience needed — we'll teach you everything. If you're energetic, reliable and happy on your feet, we'll give you the rest. No two days are the same — it's hands-on work across a portfolio of beautiful properties.
What you'll do:
- Manage day-to-day logistics across our Edinburgh portfolio
- Onboard new apartments and bring them up to UpperKey standards
- Deliver equipment, place orders and source what each property needs
- Troubleshoot issues on the ground
- Meet apartment owners and negotiate their contracts
- Run regular inventories and inspections, and open properties for technicians
What we're looking for:
- Strong communication and a friendly, responsible attitude
- Comfortable working independently and travelling to London regularly
- Fluent English
- Minimum commitment of 8 months
