We have a new opportunity for an International Sales & Commercial Executive to join our Partnerships team and play a key role in driving occupancy growth, revenue generation and commercial partnerships across our national portfolio.
Working closely with university partners, accommodation teams and the wider commercial team, you'll help develop relationships with international recruitment agents, accommodation platforms and commercial partners, supporting occupancy growth and creating new revenue opportunities across the business.

This role is based in our award-winning London office and offers hybrid working, with regular travel to our university sites/teams across the UK.
Key responsibilities will include
- Support the delivery of UPP's international student sales strategy across key markets and channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with international education agents, recruitment partners and accommodation marketplaces.
- Monitor enquiries, bookings, conversion rates and partner performance.
- Produce sales pipeline reports, dashboards and market insights to support decision-making.
- Support agent communications, webinars, training sessions and recruitment events.
- Work with marketing colleagues to develop international sales campaigns and content.
- Support commercial revenue opportunities including summer schools, group bookings and short-term accommodation stays.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and demand sources across the portfolio.
- Manage partner information, sales materials and booking activity records.
- Provide a responsive, customer-focused service to students, partners and stakeholders.
We are looking for you to already be working in a sales, customer service, account management or commercial support role, with:
- Experience supporting sales, customer service or business development activities within a busy environment.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience of identifying opportunities to improve processes and customer journeys and supporting the implementation of sustainable improvements.
- Ability to analyse and present sales, booking or pipeline data.
- Experience maintaining accurate records, databases or reporting information.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
- A proactive, commercially minded and customer-focused approach.
Alongside this, you'll be collaborative, adaptable and delivery focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.
Experience within international student recruitment, higher education, student accommodation, education partnerships or accommodation booking platforms would be advantageous.
