This role is based at our award-winning offices in London near Cannon Street and London Bridge stations, with a generous Hybrid Working Policy enabling our teams to combine attending the office 2/3 days per week with remote working.
We have a great opportunity for a Campaigns and Content Manager to work as part of a small communications and marketing team, executing our communications strategies and plans, using a range of content and channels. Supporting key stakeholders to create multi-channel, integrated communication plans to drive engagement from our internal and external audiences. With support from the wider team, being responsible for execution of key content and campaigns, working with stakeholders in our corporate side of the business. Working collectively with the Internal Communications Manager for Residential Services and the Senior Marketing & External Communications Manager to help co-ordinate campaigns and communications for all UPP audiences.
Role Responsibilities
- Create and deliver high quality, engaging content across a variety of digital, printed and video channels for internal and/or external audiences, ensuring we are joined up where appropriate in our approach.
- Work with external agencies and other internal colleagues as needed to ensure smooth delivery of content and campaigns, always driving best value for UPP.
- Support the creation of the annual corporate reporting, including annual Sustainability Report and full and half-year investor reports.
- Design and creation of business development materials as needed.
- Provide content for the UPP LinkedIn account and corporate website and manage our internal channels (monthly VC Calls and our weekly internal email newsletter).
- Manage our Campus intranet, ensuring the content is fresh, engaging, and relevant to all audiences.
- Oversee the team content planning process, including the delivery of the annual internal and external communications plans and strategies, and managing the monthly Editorial Committee process.
- Work as part of a team to deliver our annual internal events programme as needed – including annual awards and quarterly Senior Leadership Team events.
- Record data from our channels and audiences to measure their effectiveness and feed into our ongoing dashboard. Regularly review existing data to understand opportunities, make recommendations and support continuous improvements.
Requirements / Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced internal and external corporate communications professional with experience of:
- Implementing communications plans and campaigns across a variety of internal and external channels.
- Advising stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Working on events, with excellent organisation skills.
You will have first-class writing skills, able to craft compelling and engaging content across a variety of channels, for different audiences, along with the ability to analyse and gather data to understand trends and make recommendations. Alongside this you will have a customer focused approach, able to build rapport quickly whilst prioritising competing demands to meet deadlines. A passion for effective communications and an interest in innovating and experimenting to evolve our comms approach will be key to the success of this role.
