It’s about the environment, the atmosphere and the people – creating that sense of home that will help students feel safe, secure, and help them thrive.**Here at UPP we have a great opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor (Tech) here at UPP (Electrical or Plumbing biased) to join our onsite team in Oxford.**Managing and motivating a team of 4, you will effectively lead, plan and manage the site’s day-to-day maintenance function to provide an excellent service to all residents, including being ‘hands on’ to achieve this. The team looks after PPM, reactive, and life cycle maintenance for our student accommodation blocks, all in line with the Service Level Agreements. Grounds maintenance and external site waste management are also maintenance team responsibilities.This is a role where your technical knowledge and expertise make a difference. You’ll lead by example, be encouraged to challenge how things are done, and develop the team’s technical capability to drive continuous improvement.
