# **Maintenance Technician – Electrician**UPP Residential Services LimitedMaintenance Technician – ElectricianLocation: ExeterSite Based**Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor/Manager****Direct Reports: None**This is a permanent full time position working 37.5 hours. 9:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday.The salary is £34,441 per annum plus On-Call**Job Purpose**Undertake planned maintenance and reactive tasks, specialising in electrical and associated works across student accommodation, in accordance with the agreed schedules, maintaining accurate records for statutory compliance using UPP’s computer aided facilities management systems.**Roles and Responsibilities*** Deliver scheduled planned, reactive and remedial maintenance services as directed by the PPM planner (CAFM), Helpdesk, Supervisor and or Manager, ensuring that operational standards are always maintained, and comply with the relevant schedules and Service Level Agreement.* Duties may include (but not limited to) fault finding, minor repairs or installations and maintaining services and equipment within critical environments.
