Overview
In this role you will drive multi-channel marketing to support occupancy and student recruitment. You’ll work with the Partnerships team to deliver campaigns across digital, social, CRM, content, and partner channels, shaping student engagement and demand. You’ll manage content, audience targeting, and campaign performance in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a hands-on opportunity to influence occupancy through student-focused marketing and partnerships in London.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver cross-channel marketing campaigns aligned to occupancy, booking cycles and student recruitment activity.
- Support targeted campaigns for new students, returning residents and priority locations.
- Coordinate assets, timelines, briefs and approvals with internal teams, university partners and agencies.
- Support delivery of marketing plans and contracted activities with university partners.
- Build and execute targeted CRM and email campaigns across the student lifecycle.
- Create audience segments and tailor communications to improve engagement and conversion.
- Manage day-to-day content across websites, CRM, digital, print and partner channels.
- Plan and maintain content calendars aligned to campaigns and business priorities.
- Coordinate organic social media activity and support student engagement campaigns.
- Source and develop authentic student content (testimonials, photography, video, UGC).
- Support influencer, creator and student advocacy initiatives.
- Coordinate agencies, suppliers and marketing administration (POs, budgets).
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve future activity.
Key requirements
- Experience delivering end-to-end, multi-channel marketing campaigns in a medium or large organisation.
- Strong copywriting and content creation for engaging student audiences.
- Experience using CRM platforms for email marketing and campaign delivery.
- Good understanding of digital channels including CRM, social, PPC and SEO.
- Experience creating or coordinating digital content across multiple channels.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret campaign performance data and make practical recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercial awareness of how marketing drives demand, conversion and occupancy.
- Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva or similar tools would be advantageous.
- Experience creating user-generated content or managing student communities would be beneficial.
