Role Overview: We are seeking a Graduate Management Trainee to support the day‑to‑day running of our sales and marketing operations. This role is designed to provide structured, hands‑on experience across team coordination, customer engagement, and business operations. You will work closely with experienced managers, learning the skills and knowledge required to take on greater responsibility and progress within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of team activities and daily operations.
• Assist in maintaining high standards of customer service and brand representation.
• Learn how to monitor performance and contribute to team objectives.
• Attend training sessions focused on leadership, organisation, and business operations.
• Provide support with onboarding and guiding new team members.
• Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate (or equivalent level of education).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised with good attention to detail.
• Eager to learn, develop, and take on responsibility.
• Professional and reliable approach to work.Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

Desirable (Not Essential)

• Previous experience in customer‑facing roles (e.g. retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales).
• Experience working in team‑based environments.
