The Waiter / Waitress is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for all guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide consistently excellent customer service, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
- Collaborate with and support other staff members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
- Guide guests to their assigned tables.
- Accurately and efficiently deliver food and beverage orders to tables.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Accurately take and process food and drink orders using the restaurant's POS system.
- Address customer concerns and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including table setup, cleaning, and inventory management.
