candidate must have hands-on experience in handling end-to-end logistics operations, documentation, and coordination with all origin team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of import and export documentation related to agro products
  • Coordinate with shipping lines and freight forwarders
  • Liaise with origin team members to ensure smooth cargo movement
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of all shipping documentation
  • Monitor and handle logistics of truck/heavy vehicle movement related to agro shipments
  • Provide support to the Director and contribute to operational logistics strategy

Experience Required:

  • 5–6 years of experience in logistics management
  • Industry experience in Agro Products Import and Export or Any Logistic exp.(FMCG)
  • Familiarity with truck/heavy vehicle logistics in the agro domain
  • Hands-on experience with shipping line websites and logistics tracking tools
  • Experience in managing team members at the origin level

Reporting To: Director

Team Management: Will be managing all origin logistics team members

Contract Duration: 1 Year (subject to renewal)

Software Requirements: No specific software required; familiarity with shipping line portals is essential
