We are now looking for 3 motivated and ambitious Production Operators to join our high‐performing team in Eastfield, Scarborough.
What you will do
- Work as part of a shift team to ensure smooth operation throughout all our production processes.
- Adhere to UPM Safety Principles, Values, ISO Standards, and Standard Work.
- Operate processes throughout our production operation.
- Ensure product and customer order specifications are met.
- Communicate safety, process, and quality issues promptly to the Leading Hand.
- Support continual improvement and collaboration within and across cells actively.
- Ensure effective handover of all the relevant information at shift changeover.
Working schedule
Monday – Friday 3 Shift Pattern. Week 1: 6am-2pm; Week 2: 2pm-10pm; Week 3: 10pm-6am.

- You communicate effectively and work well as part of a team.
- You ideally have experience working within a manufacturing environment, but this is not essential.
