We are now looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join our operations Management and Site Leadership Team in Lancaster, United Kingdom.
What you will do:
- Lead and manage warehouse and logistics operations to support safety, efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee stock control activities.
- Support OTIF delivery performance for UK and international customers.
- Manage WMS, barcoding, and related IT systems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and manage costs.
- Support carrier and transport contract management to ensure effective service and value.
- Monitor budgets (labor, transport, facilities) and plan resources to meet operational needs.
- Lead, coach, and support warehouse and administrative teams to strengthen performance and engagement.
- Collaborate across teams to meet customer requirements and analyze KPIs to identify improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, security, and company policies, and support implementation of new systems and processes for business growth.
