We are now looking for a Supply Chain Manager, UPM Graphics to join our Operations Team.
Your key responsibilities:
- Lead the full S&OP process including demand review, supply review and regional S&OPs. Ensure clear cadence, documented actions and strong cross-functional alignment.
- Consolidate input from Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Procurement and Finance to build one shared plan.
- Create accurate forecasts using historical data, customer insights and commercial input. Monitor forecast accuracy and drive improvement actions.
- Build mid-term and long-term supply plans that support demand and reflect network capability. Ensure appropriate stock levels across coating, converting and warehouse locations.
- Monitor service, supply and stock measures and act when performance moves away from expected levels.
- Maintain capacity models for both sites and ensure coating and converting teams understand expected load. Identify constraints and work with Operations to improve throughput, utilization and overall network effectiveness.
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics providers to ensure reliable, cost-effective and efficient delivery performance across the business.
- Develop strong partnerships with transport and logistics providers, monitor service, cost and sustainability performance, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all planning work reflects that Intercoat, Metamark and Grafityp operate as one graphics business.
- Define inventory strategies across global markets, ensuring stock policies are tailored to local customer requirements, service expectations, lead times and supply chain risks.
- Optimize inventory levels to balance working capital, availability and customer service performance.
- Work with planning teams that use different tools and ensure all plans remain accurate and consistent.
- Maintain a reliable view of demand, supply, stock, logistics and capacity across the entire business.
Who you are:
- You bring 10+ years of experience in supply planning or supply chain roles, including exposure to S&OP processes in global and matrix environments.
- You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Data Science, Statistics & Predictive Analytics, and certifications such as CPIM or similar supply chain credentials are an advantage.
- You have a strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and apply statistical models for forecasting.
- You possess excellent interpersonal skills to manage consensus across multiple stakeholders and regions.
- You are familiar with demand planning tools, ERP & APS systems, as well as advanced Excel and reporting platforms like Power BI.
- You understand supply chain dynamics, market behaviour, and cost-to-serve principles.
- You are a strong facilitator who can lead cross-functional discussions, challenge constructively, and drive alignment.
- You are able to address capacity and network challenges and adapt plans quickly in changing environments.
- You are fluent in English.
