What You'll Do (Core 5)
- Provide valuations for homeowners (as-is vs post-renovation) and propose light/medium/heavy upgrades with indicative ROI.
- Pitch the product and sign partnerships with agency offices to build a steady lead pipeline (Foxtons/Dexters/independents, etc.).
- Coâscreen opportunities with partner agents and recommend the mandate path (no construction management scope).
- Hold baseline compliance literacy.
What We're Looking For (Must-have)
- 2â7 years in London residential (one of: agency, valuation, channel BD).
- Competent with compsâbased pricing and able to articulate renovation uplift logic and ROI.
- Capable of clear product pitches/trainings to agency teams and driving activation.
- Strong communication and execution; comfortable running multiple leads in parallel.
Nice to Have
- Experience with auctions/cashâbuyer models or store management.
- Extensive handsâon exposure to flips.
