What You’ll Do (Core 5)
- Provide valuations for homeowners (as-is vs post-renovation) and propose light/medium/heavy upgrades with indicative ROI.
- Pitch the product and sign partnerships with agency offices to build a steady lead pipeline (Foxtons/Dexters/independents, etc.).
- Co‑screen opportunities with partner agents and recommend the mandate path (no construction management scope).
- Hold baseline compliance literacy.

- 2–7 years in London residential (one of: agency, valuation, channel BD).
- Competent with comps‑based pricing and able to articulate renovation uplift logic and ROI.
