Upload Agency is looking for an experienced Talent Agent / Talent Manager to join the team. You will work directly with some of the biggest creators in Europe - helping drive the careers, partnerships and commercial growth of talent including the Bov Boys, Angry Ginge, The Sidemen, Beta Squad and more.
This is not a junior admin role. We are looking for someone who can genuinely operate at the top end of the creator economy, sourcing opportunities, negotiating major brand deals, managing high-profile talent and helping build careers commercially.
You must:
- Live in the Greater Manchester area (non-negotiable)
- Have at least 2 years’ experience as a Talent Agent/Talent Manager at a similar level
- Understand the creator economy, brand partnerships and deal-making
- Be commercially minded, proactive and confident leading negotiations
The role will include:
- Sourcing and negotiating brand partnerships
- Managing campaigns from initial pitch through to delivery and payment
- Day-to-day management of creators across WhatsApp, calls, email and shoots
- Working closely with brands, agencies and platforms
- Supporting live events, travel, content shoots and major commercial projects
- Helping identify new revenue opportunities and long-term partnerships
- Managing fast-moving deal flow and relationships across multiple creators
