Upload Agency is looking for an experienced Talent Agent to join the team!

You’ll work directly with some of the biggest creators in the UK, helping manage and grow the careers of talent including The Sidemen, Beta Squad, Angry Ginge, The Bov Boys and more.

This is not a junior role.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely understands the creator space and knows how to turn attention into business - sourcing opportunities, negotiating major brand deals, building long-term partnerships and helping create new revenue streams for both talent and the agency.

You must:

  • Live in or around London (non-negotiable)
  • Have experience working as a Talent Agent / Talent Manager within the creator industry
  • Understand brand partnerships, negotiations and commercial deal-making
  • Be proactive, organised and confident dealing with talent, brands and agencies
  • Understand how to build creator careers beyond just selling ads

Since launching in 2015, Upload has grown into one of the UK’s leading creator management agencies. We work with some of the biggest names in online entertainment, streaming and digital culture.

The role will include:

  • Sourcing and negotiating brand partnerships
  • Helping develop long-term commercial opportunities for creators
  • Identifying new business and revenue opportunities
  • Managing campaigns from pitch through to delivery and payment
  • Day-to-day management of creators across WhatsApp, calls, email and shoots
  • Working closely with brands, agencies and platforms
  • Supporting live events, travel, content shoots and commercial projects
  • Managing fast-moving relationships and deal flow across multiple creators

The right person will:
