Upload Agency launched in October 2015 and has grown exponentially ever since. We work with some of the biggest creators in the world offering a fully comprehensive commercial management service for the likes of The Sidemen, Beta Squad, AngryGinge and many more.
Due to continued and sustained growth, we are looking for an experienced Talent Agent to join the team to deliver commercial partnerships with our Talent, as well as supporting them and our brand partners on a day-to-day basis.
The Role and Responsibilities
- Delivering brand campaigns efficiently, ensuring all contracted deliverables and agreements are completed correctly and on time.
- Negotiating and confirming deals and contracts on behalf of the agency roster.
- Leading with day-to-day management of assigned talent including supporting management with prompt response to any creator requests and communication via phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Commercial relationship management with brands and agencies.
- Working with the Partnerships team to identify suitable sponsors for upcoming videos.
- Talent diary management.
- Providing reports and analysing data for the senior team on brand activations and key talent activity.
- Management of deal activity via in-house Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate data at all times.
- Attending shoots and supporting creators whilst on location.
- Opportunity to work across, and support the delivery of key and strategic projects including ambassadorships, YouTuber events, licensed ranges etc.
Attributes and Skills
- Proven track record in talent management, ideally; influencer / sport / entertainment.
- Ability to work on your own initiative.
- Understanding of and interest in the creator economy.
- Knowledge of commercial brand partnerships across social media platforms.
- Flexibility and willingness to work outside of standard hours, where required.
- Team player.
- Solution focused.
- Ability to work under pressure at a fast pace, with accuracy.
- Ability to negotiate.
- Flexibility to respond efficiently to the Talent, including, at times, out of hours.
- Excellent understanding of Social Media.
- Experience in Talent Management.
- Enjoy following processes and using systems to control workflow.
Package
- Hybrid Working Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday at our Hoxton HQ. Monday & Friday WFH.
- Requirement to work on-location in the UK and overseas as required.
