Tennis Coach – Part-Time (with Growth Potential)
Location: Multiple venues across Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire
Start Date: September 2025
Hours: 12 hours per week over 3 days (must include at least one weekend day)

Role Summary:
We’re looking for a passionate, reliable, and self-motivated Tennis Coach to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to help build a dynamic coaching programme across multiple venues, delivering sessions to both juniors and adults from beginner to advanced levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging coaching sessions for juniors and adults (beginner to advanced)
Work independently across a number of venues and contribute to programme growth
Lead and support school sessions and community outreach programmes
Build strong relationships with players, parents, and partners
Collaborate with the wider coaching team to develop player pathways and retention
Requirements:
LTA Level 2 (or higher) Tennis Coaching qualification
Valid DBS, First Aid, and Safeguarding certifications
Available to work at least one day during the weekend
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel between venues in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire
A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for coaching
What We Offer:
Initial 12 hours per week across 3 days (including one weekend day), with potential to grow
