What you’ll do:
- Run a kitchen section, maintaining high standards.
- Assist the Head Chef/Sous Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen.
- Set an example and guide junior chefs.
- Complete all training in a timely manner.
- Ensure statutory requirements for food safety, health and safety, licensing, employment law are complied with.
- Follow food safety laws and requirements.
- Maintain a positive, approachable demeanor and strong team‑player qualities.
Who you are:
- Have proven experience in a similar level position and aptitude for leadership.
- Skills in preparing high‑quality fresh food.
