Head Chef Requirements:
- Excellent culinary and presentation skills
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Head Chef
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic with a passion to deliver a great job
- Ability to manage staff in a calm, inspirational manner
- Forward-thinker who manages stock with minimal wastage
- Demonstrated passion for food
- Team player
- Excellent organisational skills

Head Chef Responsibilities:
- Plan, organise and direct the preparation and cooking of food, ensuring the company's reputation for quality is enhanced
- Prepare high-quality food for guests quickly and efficiently
- Maintain food hygiene and safety standards
- Handle ordering and stock controls, reducing waste
- Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations proactively and hands-on
- Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff, train, coach and mentor
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen
