We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our growing team.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar level position and aptitude for leadership
  • Skills in preparing high quality fresh food dining are a particular advantage
  • Right to work in the UK

Responsibilities:

  • Run a section ensuring high standards are maintained at all times
  • Assist the Head Chef/Sous Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen
  • Set an example and guide junior chefs
  • Complete all training in a timely manner
  • Comply with statutory requirements for food, health and safety, licensing, and employment law; ensure team members understand these requirements
  • Follow food safety laws and regulations
  • Maintain a positive and approachable manner and be a strong team player
