Requirements
- Previous supervisory experience within Hospitality
- The Right to Work in the UK
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for staff development and upskilling

About the role
As our Assistant Manager, you will help to create a special atmosphere for guests and will be out on the floor, right at the heart of the action – but you’ll be more than just ‘one of the team’. While the General Manager drives the business, you’ll manage the day‑to‑day running of the business, take ownership of problems, live by a mantra of ‘always doing the right thing’, and think outside the box. You’ll support the General Manager and gain the knowledge needed to progress your career further.
