Hours: Part-time | 7-day availability | 9am–8pm shifts | Evenings & weekends | Holiday cover

We’re on the hunt for a vibrant, detail-driven Reservations Assistant to join our Central Reservations Team – the heartbeat of guest bookings across our charming pubs and boutique bedrooms.

• Be the friendly voice and quick-thinking brain behind all guest enquiries – phone and online.

• Manage restaurant and bedroom bookings across our pubs and inns using our reservation platforms.

• Cross-sell experiences and recommend the perfect spot – whether it's a cosy corner or a romantic stay.

• Work hand-in-hand with our pub managers to deliver seamless guest journeys.

• Make every guest feel like a VIP – before they even walk through the door.

• Receive full training to help you shine in your role.

You’re the kind of person who loves making people’s day – even from behind a screen or phone line. You're organised, proactive, and take pride in the little details that make a big difference.

What makes you tick:

• Experience in hospitality or a reservations-based role

• Excellent communication skills (you’re a natural on the phone!)
