As the Property Manager, you will be dealing with landlords and tenants and handling property management queries. As the Property Manager, your duties will be to: Manage and respond to landlord and tenant property queries and issues. Keep property records up to date. Obtain competitive quotations and instruct contractors. Organise inventory, check-in and check-out appointments and distribute reports.
