A highly successful luxury goods company are looking for an Office Administrator to join their growing team. This is an immediate start, in-office position offering a great salary of up to £29,000 - £31,000 pa plus benefits. This is an ideal position for a bright individual with excellent communication skills who may have worked within a similar position in a client-facing role or have several years’ experience working in a high-end retail position.

The role involves supporting the wider London office and acting as a first point-of-contact for customers with invoice and product warranty queries. The working hours are Monday-Friday from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm, based in lovely offices in Southwest London, close to public transport. Working for a supportive line manager who fosters an inclusive and supportive culture, this role will offer you the chance to enjoy a professional yet fun office environment with no weekend work, giving you a great work-life balance!

As the successful Office Administrator, you will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming customer phone and email queries.
  • Work with the finance department to request invoices for in-store sales.
  • Raise paperwork for product shipping across Europe.
  • Pack and ship products and accessories to stores as and when needed.
  • Perform monthly stock takes of materials and point of sale.
  • Support the wider office with ad hoc tasks and projects, including working across departments.

As the successful Office Administrator, you should have:

  • Good knowledge of Office 365 (Word, Excel etc.).
  • Be well-spoken, confident and upbeat with an excellent phone manner and a calm demeanour.
  • Excellent written, handwritten, and spoken communication skills.
  • An excellent eye for detail, bringing excellence to everything you do!
  • A “team player” attitude and happy to support the office with all manner of tasks.

This position is an in-office, maternity cover contract for 9 months with the possibility of extension. Apply Today!
