Job Description

A high-profile property company are looking for a Tenancy Renewal Assistant to join their successful team. The purpose of the role is to liaise between landlord and tenants to review and renew tenancy agreements which may be coming to an end.

The successful candidate will liaise between landlords and tenants to conduct rent reviews and negotiate new rental agreements. This is not a sales role but may be suitable for someone currently working in sales or lettings who want to, move into a different role but continue to work in property.

Based in Lovely offices in south-west London, close to both the Tube and London Overground, you will be working with a lovely, hardworking supportive team.

The Role

As the successful Tenancy Renewal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of clients and build strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

  • Your key responsibilities will include Reviewing market conditions and identifying opportunities to achieve the best outcomes for clients
  • Negotiating and agreeing commercial terms with clients, landlords and tenants.
  • Supporting lease renewals, negotiations and related property matters.
  • Liaising with internal teams, customers and external stakeholders to ensure matters are progressed efficiently.
  • Working closely with legal advisers and other professionals to ensure appropriate documentation is prepared and completed.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring departmental systems and documentation are kept up to date.
