You'll be working alongside a supportive team to answer and resolve customer queries and complaints via email, letter, and telephone, ensuring any issues are addressed quickly and to the highest professional standards. As the Customer Service Advisor, you will:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, letter, and email.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in line with company processes in a timely manner to ensure the best outcome for customer and business.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Identify potential problems with guest service and proactively work to improve the customer experience.
