Upgrad’d Laboratories is on a mission to become the most exciting beauty company in the world. We create cutting-edge skincare, supplements and beauty tech entirely in-house, and we’re now looking for a Print & Packaging Designer to join our Product Development Team.

This role is all about bringing bold, innovative packaging and print materials to life – from first concept through to print-ready artwork. Digital design skills are a bonus, but packaging is where you’ll really shine.

What you’ll do:

  • Design packaging and print assets that stand out on shelf
  • Manage projects from concept through to delivery
  • Collaborate with our in-house lab, NPD team and suppliers
  • Bring fresh creative energy and trend-led thinking
