The role owns day-to-day execution, client management, team leadership on engagements, and continuous improvement of buy-side FDD delivery standards, tools and methodology.

About the Role: As a Transaction Manager - Financial Due Diligence specialist, you will take full responsibility for the delivery of buy-side FDD engagements, from initial scoping through to final reporting. This is a hands-on, client-facing position requiring confidence, independence and strong commercial judgement.
