Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple residential groundworks projects from pre-start through to completion
- Supporting and overseeing Site Managers across several live developments
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
- Coordinating labour, plant, subcontractors and material resources
- Monitoring programme performance and resolving issues before they affect delivery
- Working closely with Contracts Managers, Quantity Surveyors and clients
- Maintaining strong relationships with developers, consultants and site teams
To be successful, you should have:
- Previous experience as a Project Manager within groundworks or civil engineering
- Strong background delivering residential infrastructure and housing developments
- Excellent knowledge of drainage, foundations, roads, sewers and external works
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills

- CSCS Managers Card
- First Aid at Work
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Additional qualifications such as Temporary Works Coordinator, IOSH, NEBOSH or NRSWA would be advantageous but are not essential.
